At Venderby's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the products are in unworn and original condition.
Ship the Package
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest designated service point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
